One of the biggest nuisances to face modern man is the telephone queue. By the time I forced to call support (and believe me, I rarely make the call by choice), I have already exhausted most if not all the options that robotic operator has for me. All I want to do is speak to an honest to good person, a human being. Luckily, there is a resource out there for anyone who has ever been hamstrung in a telephone decision tree, it’s called Get Human.
Find An Operator
Get Human is a directory of most of the major retail establishments in the United States. It lists two critical pieces of information. The first is the Toll Free telephone number and the second is what you need to do to reach the human operator. Most of the time it’s a simple as mashing a particular button a few times, but sometimes it can be trickier.
This is perfect for the impatient or anyone who has found their service calls go more smoothly when they talk to a person.
