One of the hardest parts of dealing with rich media content is handling the distribution. There are dozens of video sites out there and each of them require that you enter the same meta-information in order to upload your video. Worse, if you decide to spread yourself out across more than a few of these sites, keeping track of how well your video is doing can be nearly impossible. TubeMogul fixes both of these problems.

First, it allows you to set your title and description to be used across up to twelve video sites at once. It also gives you an interface to batch upload to all of these sites. Once you get TubeMogul linked to your favorite video accounts, the time savings alone makes the product valuable enough. Add to that a rich set of analytics to help you track where your video is most successful and you have the perfect tool for video producers.
The one caveat is that you should probably only upload to two or three sites at once, depending on the audience you might find more success in tweaking your description to match their tastes. The same title that might do well of 5min may fall flat on, for instance, YouTube.
Even so, if you find yourself uploading video more than once a week, it’s well worth the look.
