But still i think natural caffaine is the best. I don't trust substitutes. And onething else we don't know about the side effects.

The first few weeks are the worse. It takes about that long for your energy levels to return to normal. Before that, it feels as if you're fighting your body all day long.

This is interesting stuff. I drink coffee during the week and sometimes I get headaches on the weekend, which I attribute to caffeine withdrawal because i generally don't drink coffee on the weekend.

I walk my dog during the week and also work out on 3 days, so I get plenty of exercise and also eat a good breakfast in the morning, but have not been able to break the coffee habit during the week.

I will have to look into the vitamins and ginkgo that you suggested.

I go to the gym 3-4 times a week, but over the last two weeks, I have only been able to go 2 times a week. And it shows. I have a butt the shape of my chair. Tonight I will go. I love the gym. It's my only chance to see people away from their computers. After a spinning class, I have a healthier outlook and I can actually go back to work for a few hours. And I sleep better.
