How To Split An Atom

My secret is pretty simple, really.  I use multiple RSS readers.

For blogs, I use Google Reader.  I like the fact that posts are all mingled together into a single stream that I can peruse.  It's great for seeing trends and for the ease of managing new posts.

For podcasts and other feeds that I want to track individually, I use Netvibes.  The Tabs and segregation works better there - it feels easier to find individual stuff.  Plus, I don't like to mix podcast feeds with text/blog post feeds.
