Welcome to How To Split An Atom. Why not take some time out to subscribe to our RSS feed? Thanks for visiting!

If there has been one overarching goal of this blog in recent months it has been to try to help young entrepreneurs gain the skills and information necessary to launch their products successfully.
Over the course of this journey, I have had the pleasure of speaking to dozens of people who have built their brands from the ground up. If I have learned anything from my adventures it is that business can be a lonely . . . business.
Critical Mass
With this in mind, tonight I am launching the most ambitious project to date on How To Split An Atom. I am calling it the Startup Reactor. Over the course of the next month, we are going to look at five startups and chart their progress from late stage development to early stage launch. These projects have been recommended to me from the community, and each of them has been chosen because it has the team, technology and talent to be successful.
Over the course of the project, we’ll take a look at some of the victories that the founders have achieved, some of the walls they have overcome and some of the challenges that they still have to face. More importantly to them, behind the scenes we will try to connect each of them with the resources they need to overcome these challenges.
All of the businesses participating are fantastic, but by the end I want to see which resonates most strongly with you. That startup will receive a special prize. You can have your voice heard by leaving a comment here, or on any project related post throughout the cycle. Ask questions, give opinions, tell us your thoughts. In addition, you will also have a chance to participate throughout the program by voting here or on sponsor sites at various points.
One final note. We still have one sponsorship slot still available for this Startup Reactor cycle. Full sponsorship details can be requested by contacting me. If you are interested, the entire sum will go towards the fund behind this project.
I hope everyone involved learns a lot. If you have any questions, comments and suggests be sure to drop me a line.
