		<description>How true. Team work is everything. Another interesting point is the concept that the happy employee = a productive employee. The psychological contract is important here - and job satisfaction. A job defines a person on many different levels. Interesting stuff.</description>

Until this changes, we&#039;re going to find companies with loyalty running in only one direction (&quot;the company is counting on you to pitch in this weekend&quot;) and employees treated purely as resources.  Every time I hear of an opening for a VP of Engineering to manage a 15 person team, &quot;and also be hands-on in the code,&quot; I see another start-up that&#039;s doomed to stumble.</description>
