It's like we forget how 'bill collectors' and 'lotteries' really work. Of course youll never win an African lottery without even entering - but people still get duped. The advice I give is this:<br><br>Once you realize what the email/text is about ("you win", "we have a banking proposition" etc etc) then stop reading immediately and ask yourself:<br><br>Have I ever won, received or done a transaction regarding money with anyone ever in this medium (email/text)?<br><br>The answer is obviously no, delete the email. So you say sounds good & they say so just give us all your bank account details so we can go ahead. And you think uh what, but the person sounds nice so you say maybe you call back later. Genuine or otherwise, I wonder how many people respond to phone calls like this ?
