		<description>Normally, copyrighting past art by unknown authors is a ridiculous prospect.  In this case, Egypt is apparently flexing their national pride. Egypt, as a sovereign nation can do whatever floats their boat. Making this work in the real world is another thing entirely. Perhaps the United Nations will help them enforce their copyright.</description>
