The simple answer to this question is that is already is. Creative work like writing and art (including photographs) come with an implicit copyright when posted online. You reserve the right to request that anyone who is using your material inappropriately remove it.

Though, since it is the Internet, a much better question is how are you going to track this person down. Generally, reputable websites will have some form of contact information available.
If they do not, another option is to check the domains WHOIS information. By default, anyone who has registered a domain will have their contact information linked to it. There is no guarantee that this information is accurate, however, because it is possible to make your listing private.
One final consideration is that you should be aware that many sites that are “hosting” your content illegitimately may not be aware of this. Social Networks, Social Bookmarking sites and any other domains that accept user generated content often unwittingly host copyrighted content. In these cases, it is often best to email them and make them and usually they will be more than willing to work with you.
