It indeed grows bigger and bigger, and the pace just goes higher and higher. The next big thing however is 3d - all the evolving technologies will allow for us to participate more wholely on the net. 5 years from now... well, it's gonna be different, that's for sure. Mobile tech, RF IDs and ubiquitous Wi-Fi are taking us on a crash course towards a world where we all have access to the net whenever we want it. More than that, we will all be able to interact with terrestrial objects through the web much more seamlessly than we can today.<br><br>Another big question is whether all this information and access to information will make our lives more complex or less, how well do you think we will adapt to the increased information load? I think the so called "real" and so called "virtual" world are on a collision course. <br><br>If everyone is online all the time, and every street, building and product is tagged and indexed online, we are going to enter a state of ubiquity that will make the internet seem like an extension of ourselves.
