I have been in the Vacation Rental industry base in Lake Tahoe, Nevada and found that successful bookings increase in line with the attitude of the employee. For example if a renter calls and has a whole list of questions about a Lake View or Ocean Front vacation rental or cabin the booking can usually be made if the booking agent is nice, full of knowledge and patient. Helping our reservation team to stay focused and positive create a welcoming energy by others in the office and travelers seeking vacation rentals, homes and cabins. Just my 2 cents

Thanks for the sober look at success. I have owned two successful businesses in the past and I was always amazed at the people who would comment to me, “I was going to do the same thing”, (as what I was doing). I always felt like responding that you would be willing to put it all on the line financially, work 80 hour weeks and sleep like a baby – two hours at a time and wake up crying. No you wouldn't. I'm glad I did and had a blast doing it, but I much happier now that I don't. Thanks
