Yes, Entrepreneurs are creative so they see opportunities all over the place. When you are the boss or employed in a very independent role. Coaching helps entrepreneurs get an appropriate balance.

To be successful you have to be passionate about what you do. Strategy and focus play integral parts in your success. And by considering your employees as strategic assets, can only help to make one a success.

Before you reach the point where you are self-sufficient, all your time needs to be be devoted towards finding what direction your business should go into and buying yourself enough time to get over the walls standing in your way. As unpleasant as it might be to admit, all of your viral marketing schemes, 5% market penetration dreams and 18 month revenue projections aren’t worth the paper they are written on because the reality is that most businesses are successful not because they were able to generate the best paper, but because they managed to stay in the right place, with the right mindset for long enough for the opportunity they needed to become available to them.

The secret to success is hard work, determination, and time. There is no quick overnight way to do it. It does happen every now and again but if you want true success you must work hard.

Friday night Jim and I had the opportunity to attend a charity event thanks to his employer who was a major sponsor of the event. Overnight I went from slinging mac n’ cheese to my kids at home to mingling with the toast of Tampa society at the University of Tampa. The event is a major fundraiser for the group that sponsors the whole shindig, and you’ve never seen so many rich old white people in your LIFE.

I was speaking late last month in Orlando for one of my favorite area organizations, Doterati. It was a great experience and all that jazz but there was one thing, one little thing that sullied it for me, casting a pall of disappointment, a wretched air of sorrow, a deep, dark

Hey Steve ,<br>I must appreciate you for writing such an interesting article. I think that to be an Entrepreneur is not that hard but continue being an Entrepreneur is definately tuff. Those who can understant the core of the business and have a genuine spirit inside to be succesful can only survive in today,s market.
