My Grandma was wondering sometimes 10 miles (yes 10) from her home on foot, and then was lost and could not find her way home. It even got to the point she was trying to go to homes she no longer lived in or she did not even remember who she was. But we finally got her in a facility that is taking good care of her, but it was hard when we could not keep an eye on her all the time. Too bad they did not have this going a couple of years ago!
