Steve you're so right about telling stories. People love 'em. I know you said this article wasn't about marketing – but it is. We 'sell' ourselves, or want to be taken seriuosly almost every time we open our mouths.

It seems difficult to get our point across sometimes above the noize, be it personal or for business, but by helping first and going out of your way you can reap rewards. Good piece – I'll be back.

I know a lot of people do not like routine. They do not like to draw guidelines, or get disciplined. It may sound boring for those who wish to jump into the action, but they risk the free fall.
