not to mention that the stock market in that country is not exactly transparent. is far more an insiders game than what you may be used to, and ipo's are only going to happen in an up, and the amount of shares released are so small that it is easier to jack the price so that the holders are guaranteed their payday. it is rarely about growing the company.
