I would be careful not to confuse irrational with strange. Strange is a deviation from the norm. Irrational is just what goes against sound judgement. If everyone in the world is irrational than the only ones who are strange are the ones who seem to actually make sense.

VERY funny. Because just yesterday my overweight husband was fussing about how the liter of coke HE bought for the kids (I never EVER buy soda for the house) was gone… how unhealthy! How could they do that to themselves? Number one, he bought it. Number two, he goes through a 360 calorie and 28 grams of fat bag of goldfish as a small snack just before he goes to bed, after a day of unhealthy fast food meals. So reading your post gave me a good smile.

Yes, people ARE strange… and they make things up to suit themselves!
