At the end of the day, that seems like one of the biggest reasons why Microsoft would want the company.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Do you think a -real- competitor to Adsense is in the works?</description>

		<description>Guess the answer to the question is both - Microsoft takes the battle to Google while simultaneously getting a competitor on board at a cheap price.  &lt;br&gt;Microsoft needed a good acquisition on Search or Social to get away from being left with the desktop. Yahoo was getting left out on it&#039;s own, which was why it tried to buy Facebook.  Microsoft can&#039;t buy all of Facebook, so it buys Yahoo instead.</description>
