customer base of a brand is never permanent… this is a fact and advertising people knows it.. there is no term like loyal customer base in advertising field.. coz you cannot tie a potential buyer stick to one brand.. people love to experiment with brands….so the brand have to keep on doing alteration with the commodity they sell…. which sometimes amuses the buyers and sometimes.. it pose adverse effect on the companies…. but price cuts is really that makes the people skeptical about the brand/commodity.. people have a perception that “the better is the costlier” so this is what they follows from the past to now and it will be a buzz in the coming times too..
