		<description>I&#039;ve been in this industry (software and hardware) for a long time. This is a great bit of advice for anyone, not just someone in charge. Even when you are creating a small piece of the major project, listening to others (while difficult) and adjusting is very important.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;One additional aside, the place where this becomes difficult is when you are forging a new direction with your product, process, or even a task. When you are in uncharted territory, criticism can be good and it can be _bad_ (think of Christopher Columbus, for example).  :)&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Great post!&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Steve</description>
