Information Overload

If you’re reading this, you probably suffer from information overload.

Never underestimate the power of a pad and paper to organize your thoughts.

A clean inbox is a clean life, use the delete button judiciously.

While you’re at it, send all your email to one place.

You do not need another web service.

Unless, of course, the service eliminates your need for two others.

Get rid of the phrase, “Just one more . . .”

Skim, annotate and bookmark for later.

Delete the bookmarks you never look at.

Your RSS Feed Reader is not your friend.

“Mark All As Read” is your friend.

Every so often take some time off from digital media.

The Internet will go on without you.
