Generally, I am not in the video game review market; however, Spore is a product that I have been following for quite some time.

Spore is less of a game, and more of a collaborative universe where players can design and evolve creatures over generations and place them in a ever expanding metaverse of user generated content.

With a new, fully connected set of game consoles about to hit the market, one can only hope that more games like this come to market. Video games as high art? That kind of future may not be far off.
