9 Rules is an amalgamation of the “top” blogs on the web. More than that, however, it is a community of dedicated bloggers that support each other and try to improve the collective exposure of the blogosphere. Their members list includes blogging superstars like Robert Scoble and Guy Kawasaki, as well as a whole slew of lesser known blogs spread out over an entire spectrum of topics.

If you happen to have the time to submit your site to 9 Rules, it is really worth the effort — I certainly will be. Even if you think that your blog might not have a chance, submit anyway, you have absolutely nothing to lose.
