As long as I am still sitting on this huge pile of invitations, I will use Fridays as an opportunity to give them out to you, my fair readers. This time around, I want to highlight Kevin Rose’s new offering to the microblogging world, Pownce.
While I have my misgivings as to the real usefulness of something that amounts to social email, I must say that it has been implemented really well and is definitely worth more than a cursory glance.
If you have been waiting around for hours for some kind soul to set you up with an invite, then wait no longer because I have several right here.
Before I explain the extraordinarily complicated method of getting me to give you a Pownce invite, take a look at the story of this app told by one of the lead software developers, Leah Culver.
