Welcome to Friday’s edition where the most important thing I do is give out invites to all those applications that I have sitting around. Today, I have three sets of invites for your perusal.

Spock

Spock builds a composite person profile that is editable both by the profiled individual, and by web users. In order to achieve accuracy, users are invited to vote on the accuracy of tags and photographs of the person.

I have a huge stock of these sitting around, leave me a comment and help me get them off my hands.

Pownce

If you are reading this, you probably know about Pownce. If not, let Mike tell you all about it. I have a new batch of ten or see invitations left for Kevin Rose’s new pet project. Get them while they last.

Grooveshark

What is Grooveshark? The basic premise is that you have a platform to discover, share and purchase music. Think of it as a combination between Last.fm, Limewire and iTunes with a twist. What is that twist? Well, you get compensated for each song that you share. That means that if you upload a great new artist and I happen to download a copy of the song from you, not only do the copyright holders of the recording get their cut but you also receive a portion of the cost of each song.

I have a small number of these sitting around as well, same deal — leave a comment and I’ll get one too you.

Web 2.0 Roundup

If you have any other invitations that you want to share, drop me a line. If you are interested in getting an invitation to another app, just tell me and I’ll look around for one. Have a great Friday.
