It’s Friday again, with Spock’s public launch we are down to Pownce and Grooveshark invites. Just to recap, here is some information on both of these products.

Pownce

Here is another Pownce review from the people at N3XTech. I still have several Pownce invites left, every time I run out I just pick up more.

Grooveshark

What is Grooveshark? The basic premise is that you have a platform to discover, share and purchase music. Think of it as a combination between Last.fm, Limewire and iTunes with a twist. What is that twist? Well, you get compensated for each song that you share. That means that if you upload a great new artist and I happen to download a copy of the song from you, not only do the copyright holders of the recording get their cut but you also receive a portion of the cost of each song.

I have two Grooveshark invites left. First come, first serve.

Web 2.0 Roundup

If you have any other invitations that you want to share, drop me a line. If you are interested in getting an invitation to another app, just tell me and I’ll look around for one. Have a great Friday.

[Be sure to subscribe to the RSS Feed before leaving. Disclosure, I do consulting work for Grooveshark.]
