Now I wish that I could say that I am in the pocket of advertisers who pay me vast sums of money to turn out the beautiful prose that you see before you, but unfortunately I am not quite that lucky. That does not mean that you can’t hop on the “user generated advertisement” train. Here’s are just a few sites that will pay you to post.
Pay Per Post
They are out of Florida, I know one of the investors in this company, and I think they are just swell. You sign up, they broker a deal between you and one of their advertising sponsors, you write an article and before you know it your change purse is a little heavier.
Helium
They take a directory approach to article submission. They pay you based on how popular you are in the network, as well as how popular your article is. Basically, they give you a cut of the advertising revenue that you generate for them.
This is more fun than I know what to do with. You get paid $3 for submitting a tip. All you have to do is know something that someone else doesn’t, and then you are a little richer. The tips range from the folksy to the fantastic. Easily an editors choice.
This site wins my innovative Web 2.0 business model of the day reward. You put a little badge on your blog, and editors can buy your content right off of the page. That means you might be able to make some money off of that Top Ten Wordpress Plugin post you have been dying to write.
That should give you plenty to work with, if you want more I suggest knocking this fine bloggers back door and tell her I sent you.
