Wow, what a day. It seems like a lot of people are running into problems getting AT&T to let you know about there new $10 DSL service. Here are a few ways to go about getting at the service, if you qualify.

Do You Qualify

AT&T

The service is only being offered in 22 states. These states are: Alabama, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Missouri, Mississippi, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Wisconsin. If you are not in one of these states then unfortunately, you are out of luck.

The offer is also only for first time subscribers. If you have previously received internet service from AT&T or Bell South, once again you are out of luck.

“I asked about it today and they said I wasn’t eligible because I’d previously had dial-up service with BellSouth. That was over a year ago (and it was a backup plan – I’ve had a cable modem since ‘99).” (via Digg)
