I realized that I haven’t done a community blog in a little while. Since I love nothing more than exposing you to other great writers across the blogosphere, I decided to go a bit off schedule and travel the hills and valleys of the web to find some interesting authors that you may not have heard of.

Winning the award for, “So you’re a closet Engineer” - Hack A Day

Hack a day is a “blog” that teaches you DIY projects that you can do at home. Well, as long as your home has access to rudimentary electronic parts and a well stocked tool box. For anyone who has always wanted to find out how to put together an alarm clock that you can get away with punching, this is your blog.

Next for, “The Title Says It All” - Matt’s Idea Blog

I am a huge fan of personal productivity and Matt Cornell does a great job of writing about it. He doesn’t necessarily take the techie route that sites like me, Lifehacker and 43 Folders usually do. If you want a great example of his work, read his post on reading books quickly.

Filed under, “Yes, I Pay Attention To My Readers” - Joe Tech

Joe has been visiting for some time now, and I’ve noticed. I wanted to point you in the direction of his blog. It looks like he’s giving away a phone, how cool is that?

“Tech Blogs Are Great” - Webmeba

Andrej over at Webmeba did a site redesign a little while ago, and anyone who has not seen it in a while should go and look. Andrej is a great blogger, and I hope he stops taking so many darn vacations.

Finally in, “Local Favorites” - Sarah In Tampa

Sarah is writing from Tampa Florida, but she still manages to be on top of a lot of great tech news. I try to stop by at least a few times a week to see what she has whipped up. Take a look at this great find, eMoze.
