This was the opening volley of Fake Steve Jobs (Dan Lyons) latest opus on the tech industry. Good satire is about making people want to believe you despite what their better judgment is screaming at them.
Swift Would Be Proud
In this case, Dan is lambasting Apple for their heavy handed litigation against blogs like Think Secret by weaving together a tale of Stormtrooper-esque lawyers hunting him down in order to get him to close down the blog in exchange for a cash settlement. For anyone still out of the loop, here are a few lessons to take away.
Bravo for making the end of the year worth writing about.
