As a frequent user of facebook, it's hard for me to ever imagine it “running out of steam.” I know that in a couple years something new and interesting will come a long to replace it, but it's hard to think about what someone could possibly come up with to replace it.

I believe Facebook as well as MySpace are still running very strong. Sure users may eventually level off, but it does not mean it is a dying site.

I'm exactly the same way. I am usually working well into the hours when “morning people” are crawling out of bed.

As for Facebook, it will certainly be interesting to see how the entire thing pans out.

I can relate. I hate mornings too. I’m a night owl, and thank God I’m slowly starting to find gigs that allow me to work into the late hours of the night. I’ll get up early if I must, but night times are when I thrive.

I’m not into Facebook – nothing wrong with it, per se, but I’ve just never been into it.

However, I did read somewhere that it’s not just Facebook that’s (apparently) experiencing ‘a decline’. It’s MySpace too.

And yes, dreams are very important, endless, necessary. This night owl thrives on them

The people who are spitting about Facebook running out of steam are most likely the ones who want it to fail, those who believe that the site along with MySpace are evil or corrupting kids or something.
