I think enterprenuers by definition don't leave in a perfect world – so focus is extremely desirable but not always acheivable…

Obviously doing everything will result in succeding in nothing…

So need to get a great team you can trust and delegate as much as possible of your work – so you can free yourself to focus on the tasks that are most important

I can COMPLETELY relate to the feeling of being scatterbrained, working on tons of projects simultaneously, and having to choose the most important one among a bunch of projects that all seem like “The One”. Focus is one of the hardest things for me to do. Thanks for the Notepad++ tip, too…gotta check that out.
