Clever advertising

The Billboard is one of the oldest, most faithful tools in the advertiser’s arsenal.

While it’s questionable how many people act on advertising that they see while driving by at 85 miles an hour down the highway, there is no question that thousands of pieces of roadside ad space are snatched up every week.

How do you stand out in the crowd? Here are a few examples.

I know in the personal injury field billboards work really well. Whenever we put up a new billboard, cases start pouring in right away. Maybe the results depend on what's being marketed, though.

I've been looking for an inexpensive lobotomy! The sign is perfect because its so simple. It looks as if someone with a lobotomy designed and installed it!
