For the rest, users should be allowed to protect themselves with blocking tools. Arguments & disagreements are one thing, but users don't want to find some idiot has made them a target & gets satisfaction from hurling unreasonable abuse at them, continuously upsetting them from a distance, & there is nothing that can be done about it. Web stalking should be recognised as being a real offence as it belatedly has been in real life.
