Great post! Hard to imagine how far cell phones have come in the past decade…they are taking over the world. Kids as young as grade school, senior citizens, and everyone in between use them daily.

That post sure is spot on x 1000 for one simple reason – the mobile goes with everyone everywhere all the time. It's like you see 2 people together at a cash machine & guaranteed one will be using the machine & the other will be on the mobile. Same one's getting drinks & the other will be on the mobile. The mobile becomes an extension of existence far more than the laptop.

One more thing. Here in India Orkut has launched in mobile and already most of my class mates have activated gprs in mobile just to access orkut. They are just not satisfied with browsing at the cafe. They want it everywhere.

Also Nokia has started giving detailed maps of the metros of India.
Everything is going in the way you are saying. Good prediction. Keep it up.
