Generally CPM networks work well with each other. You chain them together by average price. Where you have the best network that defaults to the second best that defaults to the third and so on. If it's a big operation this can be done much more easily with an Ad Server.

Adwido is another good advertising I strongly suggest publishers add to their list if they are doing any video advertising.
