		<description>Domain names do create an interesting problem in relation to trademarks. The fact is that there are more people with a legitimate reason to use a particular domain name url than there are parties with an interest in the registered trademark. As there is no inherent property right in a domain name (it depends on the use you make of it - is it legitimate or are you using it to infringe a trademark), the correct approach in any situation should depend on the context.</description>
