Here are the top 5 reasons why you should wait to buy an iPhone.

In six months time, chances are good the price will drop by $100-$200.
Chances are, the rather minuscule hard-drive the comes standard will get a major bump in the next update.
Early adopter status is cool, but would you rather of had a Video iPod or the blocky generation one version?
Currently, iPhone only supports Cingular.
Every iPhone that is not sold puts Steve Jobs one step further away from complete world domination.

Why You Should Run Out And Buy An iPhone On June 29th

This is one of those commercials that’s so horribly corporate that it is actually entertaining. I am hoping the somewhere in the Apple Marketing cave there are a few dozen people laughing every time they see this.

Oh that and buying an iPhone is definitely better than buying a HD-DVD player.

I have very little doubt the shelf will be empty of these things before we all realize they are even being sold. Take heart though, the first iPhone will be on eBay exactly 7.5467 seconds after it launches somewhere in Australia.
