Does it work, probably for a little while until Google wises up and starts blocking their proxy servers and filtering comment spam. In the long run, is it worth it? Not likely. YouTube is a content-centric system. No matter how many people you manage to attract to your video through deception if something is useless, it will be found out pretty quickly.

Take some time to watch the video, it’s good for a quick laugh.
