		<description>This is one of the major problems that I run into. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I get caught up at work or whatever and end up working on everything else that isn&#039;t work. By the time I stop procrastinating I have lost 30 minutes and it takes me another 10 just to get back in the groove of things.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I think the best thing here is separating your day into different contexts. If nothing else it gives you some time to think about he different roles you play.</description>

		<description>Great article, I often use Tada List to help me keep track of some of my To Do lists, but the idea of putting things into separate contexts is really interesting. I think GTD says something about this as well.</description>
