I have been using Hoodia Plus for about two months and have only lost about 5 lbs. It definitely suppresses my appetite but need more exercise added to my diet. I was told that only South African Hoodia was legit. I have also experienced no side effects whatsoever. I googled smiling faces temptations, lala was the first choice, been hooked since this am, i've got an iphone and of course itunes and yes since i'm 66 years old, there are songs I can't find on there, so far today lala has not stumped me! YEAH!
