Of all the browsers Chrome has the fastest javascript execution. The css styling differs in some areas especially between firefox and IE. This makes it a hastle to do consistent web layout across the browsers.

Same here. I also still use Firefox because of the plugins, however I use Chrome when the site isn't working in firefox….
So at least Chrome has saved me from using Internet Explorer as backup

Agreed with you on that. Until then when Chrome is fully able to integrate with thousands of plugins, i will just stick with Firefox for now.

I don't think Chrome stands a chance as of now after testing it myself as soon as download was available. But maybe if they got some new option, it will help.
