The content producer targets the advertiser with matching quality, content &amp; interested users, the advertisers in turn target these sites &amp; the users benefit from both quality content &amp; ads which are usefu to them.  What use or inerest have blanket saturation ads ever been to anyone anyway ?  You&#039;re right, they&#039;re a waste of money &amp; space.</description>
